I think you have to be a bit more specific, how do you expect this header to be made?

What resolution do you need? What colours do you have in mind?
Do you have anything a designer can start with, like a picture of yourself, of your setup, or a quake screenshot?

Do you need text in it? Saying what?

if you don't specify what you want even the best designer in the world will likely produce something that lets you unsatisfied.

It's more about getting the name up there, as my alias is funnyb. Depending on how the header looks, I'll make a design that suits it. :)

So let me get this straight, it's for a simple webpage with little to no content on it that will hardly ever get updated, it's also not to stand out of the crowd and you admit you can do it yourself but somehow you still want a professional looking design and you are going to be super picky and not pay anything ?
