Budget is 870 euro
The only two requirements are Intel i5-4670k processor and 32gb of ram, other than that you are free choose anything you want
I would usually do this kind of thing by myself, but since I don't track the pc news for quite a while I do not know what to buy only because I am budget limited.
I would use this generally for playing games (Quake, LoL, Dota and some new games which will come out), watching HD movies and working on MS SQL, Sharepoint, Dynamics AX 2012 all under Miscrosoft Windows Server 2008 R2 from Hyper-V image.
Things I need (In order of importance):
-Motherboard
-PSU
-Good 1 TB or more 7200rpm HDD (no SSD or 10000rpm)
-Good quality RAM
-VGA (Nvidia is more preferred, but ATI is also suitable).

P.S. VGA is not important for me as I have GTS 250 and I only play Quake and LoL atm and I am building a new PC just because the CPU doesn't carry the load anymore.
