I think 10 is normal for what the DPI of the mouse offers, 9 is 90% of that and so on.

Dont touch that slider, adjust with DPI's, Win sens and game sens.

Cause i hope you know that SS exat sense is BS, since, as how they say, sensitivity 1, raw imput bla bla, thats all bs, since u still multiply 1 sens by 0.022 or whatev you have.

Just play arounf with DPI, win sens and game sens to get your sensitivity.

I can't disagree. Still deathadder seems like a fair mouse, better than the copperhead and diamondback ever was. Though I've just used it for a day, I'll probably need a week to see if those buttons hold up.

I actually like the shape and grip, but the sensitivity and response seems odd.

or...
1) uninstall mouse drivers
2) find a dpi / sens combination you like for windows
3) use the same dpi for quake and adjust with quake sens

I did actually, just bummed about how razer can't make a decent gui for setting an exact sensitivity setting after all these years.

I'm trying to play with 1800dpi when I'm used to 800, and need to experiment with ql sensitivity settings. Been on the same sensitivity settings for like 2 years and having to adjust to new settings takes time and it's annoying.

Besides everyone knows I whine about anything, so no surprised there :/

oh :p ok, sorry then. i use a xai (5000dpi) at 900 dpi / 500 hz because i just cba with all these settings anymore. at 900 dpi i can use win default sens (6/11) and sens 2 in ql. the other option would be to switch between dpi's for win and quake: 900 for win and 1800 for ql with sens 1.

It kind of difficult, but I used win sens of 10, 800dpi, 500Hz and ql sensitivity of 5. Now I'm trying win sens 6, 1800dpi, 500Hz and ql sensitivity of 6.4.

Still, like I said it takes time to adjust, but I'm getting there :)

Just bring it down from 1800 to 900 with the drivers andd save it on the mouse.

That will feel alot like 800dpi in windows, and in quake just do the math
