Hey guys,

I was just chatting to Rondrian of ESL North America regarding possible cpm cups/leagues and he wanted a general idea of what North American players thought of that, how many would be up for it and what kind of tournaments players are looking for? Anyhow, leave comments/remarks below.

Great idea!!! Right now would probably be a perfect time for a ctf tourney or league. I think you could get a good amount of signups.

dunno much about esl but seems from the other thread like getting a cpm tourney from them would mostly involve garnering enough interest from the community + getting enough volunteers to manage the tourney. if they need more convincing than the petition, maybe a minicup in a team mode would be a good idea.

hope this happens. its high time we had a high profile cpm competition. and i bet this would get a lot of those half dead cpm players back :).
