Team EG manager
Alex Garfield's decision to pickup an Unreal Tournament III squad has left many members in the competitive gaming and deathmatch scene scratching their heads. According to VoodooExtreme, the game's PC sales have been "abysmal", selling only roughly 30,000 copies in the US in November, leaving the game 19th on the list for the month.
Gameriot's Rod "
Slasher" Breslau talks to Garfield about his decision to pick up the team, as well as new players

Jason "
stryfe" Dourlaris and

Annie "
Ecstacy" Leung on their thoughts of UT3's future.
stryfe: "Q3 is a dynasty and its' players will never, ever, let it die. It will always be used in some fashion. The problem is that Q3 is such a long-standing game that you'll never see new faces coming in and causing upsets. It's like a private, stubborn community that will never try anything else; and there are literally thousands of them."
