equake is all i need to watch the demo--even excluding Quake itself?

Did not think much of this ... seemed like alot of rl/gl spam .. am i missing something ?

well yes, dm2 is very big, beeing everywhere is difficult. controlling the map like that is everything but easy. dm2 games maybe tend to look "easy", but as you might expect from a demo posted here, it isnt :) just play dm2 once yourself and you'll notice it. also note that there is no shaft in the map, so what weapons do you expect them to use? :) (i didnt watch the demo, so this applies to dm2 games in general)

If rl/gl spam is the only thing you've noticed in this demo then you must be retarded, sir.

I must be ! I only speak what i think .. yes he hits some nice rockets but all the fucking hold fire shit kinda takes away from it, i have the spam opinion of cpma in q3 too so.

Remember these maps were made long before the existence of trickjumping or bunnyhopping, note all the long ceilings and awkward walls on this map, just try moving around it yourself..

As someone who has been playing this game for almost 10 years, this is a very good demo just for the style of his movement.. and almost impossible grenade kills.

There's a really funny game between these two, they're playing very safe and csish until one breaks the bubble and gets like 8 spawnfrags in a row at lower YA spawn/teleport, then the game gets even again, and the other one gets the same luck at the same place :)

not really as far as i know, more of just a rape demo to show the movement speed etc of qw

He is not good but he is not that bad either probably maybe average or a little above average.

the thing is griffin can easily make it to the eu top5 duel players in qw when he is in shape

How do you watch mvd demos?

Download eQuake and install it.
Download demo and put the file in 'eQuake/qw/demos'.
Start eQuake press Esc -> Multiplayer -> Demos -> Choose the right demo and press Enter.
You can switch to different POV by pressing Left Mouse Button or Space (by default - can differ if you change your settings).

or you could just tell him to read.. er, it's not like it said "Download equake here. This is all you will need to watch this demo." or anything. in fact, I must be hallucinating.
