Event: QCon 2002
Daler. The man who will be remembered as the dark horse of QuakeCon 2002. Prior to the event a nobody in Q3 duelling, he was responsible for a series of upsets in the tournament bracket. He came home with a scalp from makaveli and fatal1ty and of course $10.000 for taking second place. Here's an extract from the interview,

"My favorite quake 3 player is..... fatal1ty :) Even now after QCon he still is. My first q3 demo was with him at Razer CPL, and that's when I was hooked to q3 :). I even bought a Razer Boomslang 2000 because of him :x. He's cocky as hell....... but he's still my fav :D."
