ReDeYe : As for the matches themselves, you lost only narrowly to Lost-Cause and then you seemed to lose pretty easy versus Nomadic. Why?

winz : Well I don't know, I was having cfg problems against Nomadic on the first map (Phrantic) so I decided to execute my default cfg made by the q4max menu and my timer somehow disappeared, so played half of the game without the timer while he was playing his game.

The second map was A Man Called Sun, well I just didn't know much about the map, haven't practiced it so much, we just played it maybe once or twice when I was bootcamping with forever, so he played a better match and won, that's it.

ReDeYe : Without being mean, you had a bit of time to watch the other matches, who impressed you most at the event and why?

winz : Definitely Toxic in the grand final he was just being a machine not letting a chance to Stermy.

ReDeYe : You have a bad experience at this event, but what were your overall impressions of the event itself, the way it was promoted and the people who turned up to watch, did it take esports forward?

winz : Well, I think the overall event was bad, cold, loud desktop for the cs tournament and laptops for the Q4 tourney. Their main focus was to make publicity, which probably worked by getting Michael DELL at the event for example.

I felt like they just ran the tournament because they had to.

ReDeYe : What did WSVG do right at this event?

winz : Absolutely nothing to me. I mean if we hadn't complained so much we would be playing on LCD's screens and forced headphones, wouldn't we? I guess we still have to fight to make them understand we don't want to play on laptops and get it not so loud.

I mean, just to make a simple comparison; In tennis or billiards, when the players are about to play, it's the perfect silence. Why ? The sound is not even a factor in those kind of sports while it definitely is in FPS games, it is so much important it can turn the entire game.

ReDeYe : This is true at all events though, surely that isnt WSVG's fault alone?

winz : Yes that is not false, but contrary to ESWC they don't do anything to try to resolve this, they do the opposite.

ReDeYe : What are your plans for the rest of the year, more Q4 tourneys? Another WSVG event perhaps? Kode5? quakecon?

winz : Yes I will attend Quakecon, KODE5 and of course the WSVG events even if I don't like it. I'm just trying to tell myself the gaming conditions are like that for everyone and move on.

ReDeYe : Finally, of all the players you have played and watched in Q4 so far, who are your top 5?

winz : Without order and without including myself, Toxic Cypher Cooller Forever and Socrates.

ReDeYe : Anything else youd like to say, shoutouts, or the like, say them now :P

winz : Thanks to Jeremy Krantz who speaks both French and English and tried to help me for my luggage, to Cha0ticz, cl0ck, chance and vamp1re for the room anyway and fuck the rest!
