ReDeYe : The tournament seeds changed just before the tournament started and whilst you were originally seeded 27, you got changed to 35. What are your thoughts on the seedings and why they didnt take into account other tournaments and do you think it had an effect on how early you went out?

winz : Well yes probably, since I was having such a bad week and was playing overall crap, playing good players as the warmup didn't help, that's for sure. Of course I think it's totally retarded to make the seedings that way and having single elimination for the first rounds. They should really consider listen to the players and the community once again, they have NO clue how to run a tournament properly.

ReDeYe : But they kinda did listen to the players and community didnt they by changing the seeds?

winz : lol , from the seed 27 to 35 they listened to the players?

ReDeYe : You were originally scheduled to play fatal1ty in the last 32 from the initial seeds, but that changed and you ended up playing Lost-Cause. Do you think the outcome would have been any different had you played Fatal1ty?

winz : I would have liked to play Fatal1ty instead of lost-cause, I was having a so bad week I think it would just re-motivates me. I'm not saying lost-cause is not a nice oponent, it's just different, everyone wants to bash fatal1ty by big scores! <3

ReDeYe : You had an almost unique chance at this event, having played Lost-Cause, a player who is now highly regarded in Q4, having just played and beaten another new and highly rated star, Cypher at ESWC. How do the two compare and who was harder to play against?

winz : No offense to Lost-Cause, he is a great guy by the way :) But I felt like Cypher was a much harder oponent to beat. Not to mention I've played 3 times in a row phrantic against Lost-cause in the tournament because It became from a CPL event a WSVG event and that last organisation is using the old rules. Stupid, once again.

ReDeYe : So, you had a bad flight, lost luggage and had to sleep on the floor in the hotel, didnt have a usb keyboard and had to use another but what people see as your biggest downfall at this tournament is the lack of your config that you used at ESWC. Surely this had a much bigger influence on your final result?

winz : Well I felt confident about the default config, as I said to forever, my shaft and my rail were even better but my rocket abit worse. I don't think it has anything to do with my disappointing results at the event, it's just.. everything added didn't help me to play my best.

ReDeYe : What do you say to those players and spectators who felt that you won ESWC because of your config and that this is the reason you were so poor at ISC?

winz : I say fuck off. They can think whatever they want, I don't care anymore. There is always some whiners anyways. "Cooller wasn't prepared, Cypher didn't play his best because of the stage, winz used picmip during the event!!" Whatever.

ReDeYe : Now, you obviously had a bad time getting to the event and obviously you didnt perform as well as you would have liked, but where there any other reasons for playing so badly (in comparison to ESWC)?

winz : Yes the overall gaming conditions. It was so cold there we were all playing with freezing hands, I even returned home sick because of the conditionned air. It was of course too loud, much louder than ESWC, while my $420 headphones which are supposed to block the sound worked pretty well at ESWC it was really pointless at the ISC event.
