X-Files was pretty hard to stay with but they released a movie to tie the plot up ;p

Lost seems pretty much lost (sorry but I do find the name ironic).

xfiles was awesome till they started with all the conspiracy garbage and had each show connecting to the next. i think this came with a change of producers or something.... maybe i dont rememeber correctly. but back when each show was like a seperate story that dealt with some oddity that show was amazing.

Lost is fun but painful too. after the first season came and went without learning anything but more questions basically i got used to it and can just enjoy it for what it is. They didnt need to kill shannon tho =(.

Is Echo the name of 'Adebisi', the nasty beast of a black guy. I love that guy... ive loved him ever since Beecher stepped into his cell way back in the day on Oz.s01e01. Oh Oz... remember when Shibetta Jr. and Chuckie Pencamo tried to jack Adebisi in the kitchen to avenge Shibetta's father.... thats my fav Adebisi moment... cornered, he throws Shibetta aside and knocks Pencamo, who's a beast in his own right, out cold with i big can of something... then he grabs Shibetta who is almost out but still consccious and throws him on a table, pulls down his pants, turns up the music in his walkman, and sttarts raping the crap outta shibetta's virgin anus.... omg i love that shit. once a prag always a prag

lol... I wouldn't say the raping was awesome but there were some parts of oz that was pretty good. I remember one of the guys getting nailed to the gym floor - crucifiction stylee - pretty grim but the interconnected stories worked well.

I find it quite frustrating that the plot never advances, every show is around 5 minute of progress and 40 minutes of backtracks / sidetracks. This episode was even worse, since it ended at the exact same time as the previous episode, so there was actually 0 minutes of advancement.

Would have been a bit adventurous of them to just do season 2 as the entire same time, but from the 2nd group's point of view :]

I agree to an extent...but I still watch it :/ And with it's success so far you know it will see at least 4 seasons.

J.J. Abrams other project (Alias) had the story arcs for 5 seasons planned from the beginning. Of course, they seem to have rapidly departed from whatever plan they had half-way through season 2. Now it's just a high-budget show that will keep going as long as it's making money.

I don't think so. I should have added that Goodwin told Ana that those they took were alive. I think we'll find that the Others have some objective and they need good people to achieve it or they want them there after they have ('rapture').

I'm not sure where the quarantine fits into it. Maybe the Others were quarentined and escaped? The French woman said the rest of her party were infected and she killed them. Perhaps they were turning into Others?
