Ive often wished I had written down the thousands of things that have gone through my head because I cant retain any of it, my memory is terrible.

i've a pretty bad memory aswell, might have something to do with day rythm and hours of sleep :\

im usually sleeping the morning away and up real late, i dunno what impact sleep has on the memory though, maybe i sleep too much and forget :[

I sleep a shitload in the weekends (12h+), on normal days like 7- .. Think you remember less if you are tired all the time xD ..

same here. sometimes there are loads of thoughts running through my head, and it's usually by night when i'm out walking and/or am drunk. i just never get to tell anyone or write it down because it's at all the wrong times. :)

well erm, to be recognized as a genius you gotta write something! Stands to reason!

My thought is, i did that for ages but had all my journal things stolen when those fuckers took everything else i had. Bastards.
I hope failing to understand the thoughts and writtings of a (then) 16 year old mind makes them feel suitably small and pointless, but i doubt it.

I don't write diaries or journals but I've got this sort of "plan" I've put down into text. It's about one of my goals, how to attain the goal and the reasons why I want to attain it. By doing it step by step I keep my motivation up as I'll constantly see the progress.

That's pretty much it. Otherwise I work out my feelings and thoughts in my head instead of writing too much bullshit.

the only things i tend to write down is stuff i have to remember (i get so caught up doing other things i tend to forget) other than that there have been times while under emotional stress i have put pen to paper to try to make sence of it all but i dont keep them

those percentages can't be right, 1% of people keep personal records and 1% are genuises? i know several people who write personal stuff and they aren't classed as genuises, i sometimes write personal stuff down but almost always destroy it in the near future, because it's personal...

Also, i usually swim with a friend.. Around 1000m 2-3 times a week. Now i tried to swim alot under water, cuz i read it opens up to more oxygen in the brain.. Not really sure if that works yet, gonna keep it up to see if it works.. Fun anyways, almost did 50m (forward:\) under water, i've never been able to do that #%"&¤# gonna make it next time fo sho! :D
