I hope the Mega-Health works just like in Quake 2, it gives you 100 health but will spawn after 20 seconds from the moment your health reachs 100 or below, that will make the battle for MH more tactical and crucial.

We know there'll be timers and overwatch abilities. Having a complex quake 2 mega style seems... ridicolously unlikely

At least on lans everyone seemed to use wav timers in Q2. I don't know if that was forbidden in official matches though.

It was forbidden for years now, maybe 4 years or so, we dont use timers anymore.
