GSX is P4R4D3, he was a Quake Live cheater that I was friends with. I never knew he was cheating at the time that I played QL but he was very known for "tierpadding". He had a lot of other accounts like inceptra_ and inceptra and he'd go on another account and basically just tier-pad the shit out of his account.

GSX was banned for cheating like a few months after I was banned. And of course, he was always annoying me after he was banned saying that he never cheated and etc.

Now, I never knew GSX made his new account at this time. He actually admitted that he was GSX to me on Steam. Then shortly after a while, I found out that he was VAC banned on Steam on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

He said that he "pretended" to cheat but we know he's full of it. So basically after that mess, I've decided to report his OTHER steam account that he's playing CSGO with.

Personally i don't really care about elo boosters. Only thing that matters is that when i manage to reach a higher level then before i know i deserve it and it means I've gotten more skilled as a player. To me it makes no sense at all to try to show that you have a higher elo than you really have since it's only a way to measure your own improvement.

ELO might have its uses, but judging skill definitely is not one of them. Show me how he moves, aims, dodges, how he plays. Then I can tell you wherther the dude is skill or lamer. And even then it does not mean he's a GOOD player. Because he might be a spoiled elitist brat anyway who shits on teamwork and uses other teammates as corpses that support his glory.

elo judges skill based on wins and looses. You'd judge it based on "moves, aims, dodges, how he plays" which can lead to absurd situations like the one I described. Maybe it's slightly more reasonable in team modes.

QL is very much based on aim. It is not chess for sure. ELO however smart it is it cannot measure skill according to ping. For instance when I play servers in my country where I ping low if I play a bit to get in shape I easily win 25-30 matches in a row against pretty much anyone (maybe did not play pros but very good players I know here for sure). Then if I ping over 20 to 35-40 I go to abt 50-50 and at ping over 40 I start losing badly. On a 60 ms server my LG aim go down to 11-15% so every confrontation I must have 3x the stack of my opponent. As I play DE servers mostly and other (not the best ping) I lose more than 50%. I might be < ELO 1200 and on low ping I beat 1800 ELO.

i just played a duel game against "shrekkk" and won.
i looked him up afterwards and was wondering how i could win against 1700 elo guy since i never really play duel and just getting into it again.
