LOL. As if id software reacts to service requests.
There are pretty annoying problems which affect large audience that took id software support months to acknowledge and still aren't solved in more than 1 year.

Of course they do answer support requests of subscribers, if they can actually change something - that's a different question.

Basically, the problem is that 1.5 years ago most russian players stopped seing russian servers as "in your vicinity". Obviously if it worked before, they can do something about it.
Someone opened request at id, and they were "looking into" the problem for like half a year, then replied something like "there aren't any problems, check your pc settings". Then they were pointed out that most players in Russia (i.e. thousands of players) are affected, so it cannot be that they all have wrong PC settings, so id acknowledged that problem exists, and since then they did nothing about it, even though by any normal logic it should be nothing more than a simple fix in maybe one line of browser code.

but at least they reacted :P
Maybe they changed their method on how to geolocate ips and that new method doesn't work reliable with Russian addresses or something like that. Anything that takes longer than 15 minutes to fix seems to be an almost impossible task for the ql "dev team".

they react to issues, but does nothing to solve them. comforting. we're in good hands
