Somewhat high sens and high accel. I use same mouse as he, same dpi and accel, but my sens is a bit higher though. It looks as if his sens is much higher than it really is because of his movement with the mouse

when playing against you or speccing you looks nothing like what he does
just goes to show how different your styles of playing/holding a mouse with a mouse are
