The biggest problem is finding one that has the web name available.

Most of the good ones are gone, so unless its a little odd or not relevant to the work in hand, I would check there first because there is no point having a name that does not relate to the URL.

it took me and my brother around 4 days to come up with our business name =O

its basic and was freely available (almost all tld were available) and (along with free tld domains) there was only around 20-30 google search results

months later and theres a few more results (our work) and we are sitting pretty at top spot (altho obviously not hard given the lack of "competition" for the name)


you should try out those name generators (google it).. theyre mostly crap but what they do give you is ideas..
