Actually, I watched Blue play two of his matches and he was playing very well. His aim/tactics were impressive, especially his tactics. I think he just needs ot put in another 100 or so hours to do final tweaks to his game and he should be at the point of a top 3 contender.
Keep in mind this, NOBODY who finished in the top 16 'sux' as you put it. They would rape the crap out of anyone who tried to play the game without having to even think about it. What seperates the stermy's from the blue's is taking advantage of slight edges here and there throughout a match. That could be aim, tactics, or just more experience in situations.
