I've noticed over the years sometimes my rail would do 50-60 damage randomly, I noticed this because the colour of my crosshair would go yellow.
It finally happened again while i was spectating another player in CA. The player getting hit was on 164 health and 10 armour, after the rail he is left with 110 health which leads to the conclusion that the rail did 64 damage. This bug needs to be fixed.
