In short, does anyone think it would be a good idea in duel games if there was something like a cyanide pill (was it RTCW/ET that had this?) that allowed a player to forfeit a game after a certain amount of time has elapsed?
I know you can just callvote map restart, or go to spectate etc, but often that is seen as quitting in lame way and I think the CPL insist that you have to play out the fulltime of the game.

However, what if there was an honourable way to forfeit in the remainding 4 mins?
And it's only possbile to do if you're losing by more than 5-7 frags or something?
That way players could not take it for granted (and not quit for little things) and it would still ensure the core time of the duel has been played?
I think we've all been in a situation where things are just going wrong and you want the game to end ASAP.

And I know quitting is not to be encourgaed etc, but there really are times when it's just better to shut off and focus on the next game instead of getting frustrated and trying to chase frags or playing for vanity points.
Also I know in a game like PK 3-5 mins is a long time, but for q4, you would be lucky to avg more than 3 kills a minute vs an even skilled opponent.

I think this would be cool for online play, especially when waiting for upto 30 mins for a game. It could cut boring wait times down by a lot (maybe 20-25%) and yes I know players can quit by other methods, but as I said, this would almost be an acceptable way. Remember this should not be used all the time, just now and again. Kinda like taking a mulligan in golf.

Yes? No?
