Hey MarksMan, I just read the interview and noticed that you only got a half of one of the comments. See below:

<TSO|-Stabbert> I think you'll find a different reason for each and every one of them. In my opinion when the going gets tough, and tempers start to flare, if your players aren't already good friends, you'll have a real problem keeping them together. Pretty much any sport out there has incentives to keep players on their teams. Usually it's because the player CAN'T switch teams (e.g. High-School/College sports, well without switching schools at least, heh), once you get to the point where players get to pick and choose their teams, contracts are usually involved with money attached to them. Counter-Strike has no such rules to keep players on their teams, or incentives for keeping them there. So players will often hop the fence for the greener grass (so to speak).
<TSO|-Stabbert> TSO has been largely stable thanks mostly to being extremely picky on whom we invite to the team. The number one criteria being that they are good friends with a majority of the TSO members. We also have some incentives for keeping them on the team via Speakeasy, whose generosity in flying us to tournaments, and gear, and a LAN studio etc… is seconded by no one. How active Speakeasy has been in their support of TSO has been incredible.
