The ESReality reader vote to find the Quake 4 players to represent the USA in ESWC 2006 is now over. Because this is an important vote, we have tried to sift out extra information from the vote. As well as the total result (1st bar), we have shown how much of that total is made up of non-American voters (2nd bar) and also users who registered after the vote was announced (3rd bar).

Note that the results of this vote only play a small part of the total decision, which will also involve votes from other sites as well as a large number of expert opinions.

The community will vote on the "short list" of players, accounting for one third of the total, overall vote. The other third will come from the respected experts in the community and the final third coming from the players on the "short list". The short listed players will be asked to give their top selections not including themselves. This gives equal weight to input from everyone involved.

When the process is finished GotFrag will submit the findings to ESWC for their evaluation and selection of the invites. The entire process will be private and for final review by Game-Services, the producers of ESWC 2006. Please note that the final decision is Game-Services.[/hide]
