How did you start gaming?

Started from wolf 3d but the multiplayer aspect started from doom. 2 computers connected thru serial connection on 486s and many nights staying up until 3 - 4am and me playing keyboard only! then i got my own pc and found out this thing called the "internet" and started playing online and played on a service called wireplay at the time (now gamearena).

What games are you looking forward to playing in the future?

Looking forward to playing Doom3 for the whole new underwear buying feeling. Half life2 looks awesome as well. As far as action games are coming up, not really much else. Sorta looking at playing world of warcraft but i don't really want to rot my life away at that game.

Do you play any other games? Or strictly q3 duelling?

I _try_ to play other games, but they get pretty boring it quite quickly. Nothing seems to give me the joy q3 brings at the moment.

Ok, back to ESWC - Who do you think the biggest competition will be? Or which player are you most hoping won’t be placed in your group?

Not quite sure who my biggest competition will be, there isn't one person who sticks out. They are all extremely good players. Players i don't really want to play are the people i kinda know like blokey, zero4, daler,chaoticz, socrates, reef only cause i'd hate to knock them out of the tournament.

Apart from ESWC, Do you think you will start competing internationally, such as going to Quakecon?

Start competing? what have i been doing for the past 2 - 3 years? :D ho ho, screwing with ya. Yeah, i definately want to go to quakecon for the duelling competition and for the CTF competition. Also to meet everyone i've met previously and perhaps meet others that i've talked to online.

When you look back at all the time and effort you’ve spent getting to this point, do you think it’s been worth it?

Yeah, definately been worth it. So many fun and hilairious times and the experience has been invaluable. People I've met are awesome, I can't say i've had competition where I said "i wish i didn't go"

What do you think about the current e-sports scene, and what it could become in the future?

Can't say much about the current e-sports scene, not heavily involved and don't really follow it. I personally don't think it'll change much, i expect it to stay the same way it is now for a few years to come with perhaps a few changes such as better coverage or a little more exposure to the public.

How do you think gaming in Australia differs from other parts of the world?

We differ population wise i think, just not as many gamers as other parts of the world and not as many hardcore gamers. We have our hardcore gamers just that they aren't able to face the rest of the world like many of the other countries are able to do so often.

Do you have a favorite player, or someone that was an inspiration to you to start gaming professionally?

not sure who my favourite player is never really had a favourite player, my inspiration was getting free hardware at the time (no i'm not kidding) and it worked. I won video cards that i actually needed and used!

What do you think was the best and most exciting duel match you've played?

i seriously can't think of one :{{ Nothing really stands out in my mind...someone pick one out for me? :p

Could you give a description of the mysterious "Tim Tams" I've read about?

hahaha it's something that can't be described but can only be experienced. There's about 6 different flavours:
caramel fudge, chocolate fudge, dark chocolate, double chocolate, white chocolate (new i think) and others heh
I'll be taking a fair few of those to ESWC for some people :)
