On windows i can get max fps on all games with the proprietary drivers fglrx.
Does it matter getting more fps then the refresh rate or is it pointless ?
Is the calcuation of fps on windows bad since only 60fps are displayed(based on refresh rate) ?
I am not interested in buying a new monitor or graphics card, since i would rather spend a few hundreds elsewhere.

I have a 60/75hz monitor depending on resolution and a HD 4850(so i would have to install the legacy drivers and downgrade the kernel to use the proprietary driver, which is why i want to avoid using it)

Would love something of the kind, even if it had only manuals.

I remember seeing this, but i only found one where they need to send "invite" or i can with the friends command script.
What i am rather interested is auto-inviting friends as soon as they come online to the server i am on.

Until now i have been just editing repconfig, but i got some questions.

What is the diference between qzconfig and repconfig ?
Are both configs necessary ?
Can i merge them into one config ?
Is it true that only repconfig is stored on the server and qzconfig locally ?
If i rename them will new default configs be generated, or just qzconfig will be default(related to question 4) ?

I am planning on getting a crt, but i heard some no so good things about them.

1. Was that they are hazardous for health, but from what i know there are these filters that block radiation like 99 % or something.
Do you recommend them if someone doesn't wanna get cancer or something? Is quaking still good with them ? Which one should i buy or they all good ?

2. Here in Portugaland, we have ebay and some other auction like sites, but none of them really have any 21"" CRT's, while in US there are a bunch of them.
Anyone know someone who ships 21" CRT's to Portugal?

Yet i don't see the max Hz(121 and 160) in any of the resolutions displayed.
Is it possible to get max Hz in max resolutions or at least high?

Any recommendations of a monitor for a budget of 250-300 euros, i like playing in 16:9 ratio(my current res i use is 1366x768).
I hear stuff about hz, response time , some monitors making noises, etc
What i want image being clear, image being smooth, getting the most fps, no lag when getting image i want it to come to me as fast as possible, not making to much noise :P , don't care about 3d i don't even have the glasses and 16:9 ratio resolution minimum 1920 x 1080.

I have a IE 3.0 with Qck+, before i used Genius netscroll 100 and Xscroll on wood(like a man, mousepad is for pussies :P), i liked both, but they had a shitty cord that tangled a lot.
I only started using IE3.0 yesterday and it feels, heavy, uncomfortable and too tall(not large), its almost impossible to do claw grip on it, all i can do is palm grip.
What mouse would recommend for claw grip?
One that is medium size, ambidextrous(cause its weird holding right side on non ambidextrous mice, with masturbation finger and ring finger), flat(not tall), light and don't care about side buttons since they usually only make holding the mouse uncomfortable.
