Equalizing of pings. An artificial ping.
Let's assume that on online tournament two players cannot find the
suitable server for a match because of a
difference in a ping as it is yet enough servers. Such disputable
situations often occur, especially in 1/4 1/2 of
ending or in the ending therefore the player with the big ping
frequently loses.
In this case players can find the server with as much as possible close
pings, and at the player with smaller
ping is artificial to lift it to a ping of the player with big ping.

For example:
The player N1 ping = 20, the Player N2 ping =35
callvote equalpings 1
The player N1 ping = 35, the Player N2 ping =35
