I'm trying to find the perfect settings for q3. I would really appreciate it if someone could guide me as to what settings you think is best for my setup. I know mouse settings are preference but I'd like a few pointers.

Mouse: Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 v2 (450DPi)
Mat: Steelpad QcK+
Mouse frequency: 500hz
Windows sensitivity: 6/11 (default)

I only use my wrist to move the mouse and have been using sensitivity 3.5 and no mouseaccel for many years (coming from a cs background). I can get a decent lg (+-35-40) but I feel my movement can become faster with a different sens. What sens and accel should I use?

Another thing, I'm using a widescreen 22" LCD 2ms with resolution 1680 X 1050 and r_mode -1, should I rather use a normal 4:3 resolution like 1024 X 768 or 1280 X 1024?

Any configs that appeal to this sort of play?
