Crow was a welcome addition to the iTG crew for this event after helping us in the past in online casts. Wabbit (COD Admin) was the ever smiling Finn at the event. (notice the cunning editing of the word CREW to read CROW on his shirt - 1337 cellotape hax imo).

The Russian produced some magic in the 3rd map of the final to pull off an unlikley victory with team mate Jibo and here it would seem hes playing with one hand...truelly magical.

An Italian restaurant came the rescue as we wandered around in the rain on thursday. The fantic and AAA guys all in attendance too as we doubled the attendance of the restaurant in one move.

A 50 euro bet made, Carmac hand to later hand over his money as vo0 won a bet over a "CZM mistake". Here they discuss the rules around the bet and vo0 seems pretty happy with them.

Meeting up with some of the UT2004 players and the CS guys from fnatic on Thursday, we found a nice Italian restaurant in Amsterdam, much to Michelle's (DevilMC) joy.

Somehow i'd offered too many lifts back to the hotel and with (l-r) Vo0, rogue, lethal and Zaccubus in the back seats (complete with Vo0's cheque), pbx found himself happier that he was big boned! (he got the comfy front seat).

Scott decided to dress up in chain mail for the final presentaions, presumably as some kind of referance to English knights. It was a bit of fun I guess as he and Gabriel from TsN announced the winners on the main stage.

Razor is one of the nicest guys you are likely to come across at an event, yet has no luck whatsoever in the draws. This time he wasnt able to get out of the single elim. Better luck next time.

These guys seemed pretty friendly towards each other. In fact I cant think that I saw or felt any bad feeling at the event between anyone. It would seem that seeing each other every month for the last 6 months has helped pull them all together.

Further image of the outside of the venue. In many ways it was pretty neat, but in others it was bad. The venue was on a big industrial estate away from any spectators, other than those children being taken to the event by parents.

The main stage was nice, with the tank used in the film GoldenEye as the centre piece. Usual top notch big screens addorned the upper area.

As with many stops, the beat the pro tournament for spectators was presant. No one managed it, so they entered the names into a hat to win a Dell XPS. A guy from dignitas won it, so it was a double celebration for them!

Creative were once again on show with the all new sound card the X-Fi. They even gave away some of these top of the range cards to grand final winners, despite not being out in the shops yet!
