For those who are thinking, what the hell is he talking about?

Well in September 2004, we all knew that EuroCup X RtCW would be the last ever. And to keep some kind of remembrance of one of the highlights of RtCW as Supervisor of this cup I asked Santabot to make a movie about it.

It did take him a while, but we all know the saying and it agree...Perfect things just take time.

Personally im going to add it to my favourite list of RtCW Movies:

iNfensus Movie
4Kings Revolution
GMPO Quakecon
ABA Movie
Raziels Movies 1 & 2

So go download this movie asap!

One of the best RTCW movies up to date and up to par with RaZiel's ones :). The only drawback is a bit too dark config...

really enjoyed that, i suggest you listen to the second audio stream though, its much easier to hear the shoutcasting and has no rammstien in it. great stuff.

install the xvid which is within the pack
then install 09 - MatroskaSplitter which is also there somewhere
after that doubble click on register_release

Last Qcon, (won by infensus) the euros totally blew the americans away.

Now it's sub too... Having to adjust to 6v6 play from the american standard of 7v7 at the time is much more difficult than learning a single map.

Last Qcon, (won by infensus) the euros totally blew the americans away.

After the fact, when all the good teams had long since retired.

U obviously dont know shit about rtcw, do u ?

the difference between 6v6 and 7v7 is rather small. Mostly its just removing one panzer.
Getting to know 2 new maps and finding new effective defenses in 1 or 2 weeks is much more difficult than removing one player.
iN only lost on 2 maps at qcon2k2 : sub and ice.

The new team, formerly QuakeCon RtCW champions Doctors, led by wombat, a former CPL Q3 champ himself, will compete alongside their 3D.CS for the first time at this summers Extereme Championship in Dallas, with the backing of 3D sponsor nVidia

The Doctors, who have mainly been playing CS since their Quakecon win back in 2002, are currently playing CoD in UGS and Survival of the Fittest 3 Invite, and plan to join CAL next season.

you obviously dont know much about rtcw if you think the change from 7v7 to 6v6 is small. Also sub and ice were hardly "new", its iN's fault for not practicing them.

The same excuse can be said by the americans at last qcon, the euros had a lucky map draw with most of the other top american teams being eliminated on village (NA's worst map and EU's best). If Ice was played later in the tournament the final standings would have been very different.

Btw the game evolved much from qcon 2k2 to 2k3, 2k2 is t-ball compared to the later gameplay, I doubt the doctors would have won 2k3 if they competed.

rofl? all eu teams went to the looser bracket except iNfensus i think in the first round of 2003. fact is in 2k2 they announced ice 1 week before the tournament.

yes, they went to the losers bracket for the exact reason I said in my earlier post. Na is much better at ice than EU (in 2k2 or 2k3), If the map rotation had ice in later rounds the results would have been much different. And no, ice was released as a tournament map a lot longer than 1 week before the tournament.

Watch iN vs abuse on beach from Qcon 2k2 for an idea of just how efficient iN were even then. Doctors got lucky :)

I agree completely. CoD was fun for a bit, however, it didn't come anywhere close to the gameplay experienced in RTCW.

That tart has been playing RtCW since test 1, and is still playing actively. He's played on a high European level (Kreaturen) and has lead the belgian national team too many times.

As ignorant as Americans are, Infensus have always been the best in RtCW. Not one American or European clans ever came close to them for a decent period of time.
