You're gonna have to narrow it down a bit, there were plenty of movement based games in the past decade - some mimicking defrag and others trying their own shtick.

I tried InMomentum and it was ok but I haven't touched it in years. There was another indie title floating around past month, Neon white but that's not really a defrag like games. Ghostrunner but that isn't purely defrag either

I got Jump Dash Soar last year and enjoyed it for a while, but the movement is so non-Quake I just dropped it completely after failing to pass a simple timed strafe corridor on the second map.

Even though it has a HUD to help you (and it does its job for RJs, which also require a very specific downwards angle, and it shows acceleration bars for strafing), I just couldn't do it. It's so unnatural for a lifelong Quake player!

The RJs are equally unnatural, but it gives you binds for specific tricks like jumping X ms after firing a rocket, so you can concentrate on flickrailing buttons while zooming by, so that was fun indeed. But the strafing, oh my, the strafing...

I mean, it's 100x more technical than SEUM, but I've enjoyed that one and completed all the secret stuff and DLC. Jump Dash Soar has no story, just trickjumping for collectibles on huuuge maps, so it's easier to lose patience and drop it ;)
