Well, it's a shitty petition from start.

First rule of any business letter: provide solutions alongside critisism. Wrong this, wrong that, enraged, enraged, enraged... Get a life and do some yoga ffs.

You can't convince the people that a once highly prolific serial killer is now a loving and perfectly normal human who you can trust to watch your kids. QC was a money grab and a shallow attempt to bring AFPS into the spotlight, its far too late to fix it. They'd have to create a completely new game. Thats it.

You make a valid point to some extent - such as the lack of CA and CTF mode and instead the stupid modes like sacrafice, or lack of standard duel mode for some time. Im not sure who is fully responsible for these decisions.

However above that you have Bethesda who says "ok" to all these things. They put their name on the game, market it and ask some money for parts of it. They dont demand a better quality product of the production team, the probably dont provide much resources and are responsible for the winding down of the production to its current state because bad decisions were allowed through that have tanked the whole project.

Quality control of their own product was never enforced, and they never really seemed to care.

For this reason I think you cannot put blame to a single person, and must simply blame the company as a whole.

- remove all gametypes besides time limit duel and add an advanced ranking system for it, put all your effort on time limit duel and put all of the other gametypes in the trash bin. Maybe keep FFA for casual play and mindless shooting.

- add 4 more champions, so that it would be 20 diff champs instead of the current 16, 16 isn't enough, 20 is enough and much easier to balance and make it work compared to this shitty 246272 heroes moba that is overwatch

- add 3 more WELL designed duel maps.

- optimize the engine, netcode is good enough, but most people get fps drops even with NASA setup, make the game rely less on cpu and more on gpu (i don't think it "fixable" this way tho, cuz would prolly have to just make a new engine). Do something so that the game can run at 80/90fps on an fx8300 o/c'ed + gtx 950. Do something so that the game can run at 500fps ez with a recent i7/i5 and sub-top to top graphic cards. But like i said maybe it's not possible at all, cuz the engine is designed in a way that you can't optimize the game the way most people would like it to be. I might be naive and clueless about that.

- do something to reduce the loading times

- 80dmg rail unzoomed, 90dmg rail zoomed. Reduce hmg damages and/or rate of fire/spread etc. Maybe even reduce mg damages.

- rework the whole menu, make it cleaner with less shiny effects everywhere that will get older and older with time, look at facebook and youtube, very clean no gimmicks design and still looking good enough even in 2019. We don't need shiny effects everywhere, cuz like i said it tends to get outdated after some time. Add a sub-part to the menu for "advanced" customizations, ql menu is WAY more complete and it allows to basically configure everything you want, which is part of quake for decades now. Quake isn't quake without all the possible configs etc. Add picmip, let us customize the game the way we want it to look/be.

- make light champions move at 330ups max speed on the ground without strafe-jumping, with increased ground accel. Make medium champs move at 320ups max speed with q3/ql's ground accel. Make heavy champs move at 310ups max speed and keep current ground accel. Reduce slightly the hitboxes of all heavy champs.

- do something to the overhealth/maxhealth of all champs, maybe make it up to 200hp 200ap or something, not an expert for this, but i'm pretty sure it would make map control more rewarding.
