I'm currently reviewing the XL2740, which is 27" 240Hz. You can Subscribe if you'd like to be notified when it's live. All the finals from Quake tournaments that I cover online go up there too. I've no idea what I'm reviewing after that so if you have any suggestions let me know. I was thinking the ASUS Gladius II Origin but it looks heavy AF.

Good review of the 2546 watched even though I've owned the screen since September, some things i can add.

DYAC is pretty much just as good as blurbusters lightboost, you can't use them together since its pretty much the same thing, the advantage to DYAC is that it doesn't make your eyes bleed.

240hz won't be felt instantly as an insane benefit but after a while of use going back to 144hz without DYAC will be very jittery especially in Quake and you will notice your mouse input isn't as smooth either.

240hz is going to be the premium standard for years and maybe endgame, if you were to play games at only 180-200 fps or so you will still see a significant increase visually in smoothness.

I say once your faithful 2411 dies buy one for sure.

except that the best 144/165Hz monitors have lower input lag than the current 240Hz.
