Funny, it was spain hot here in the UK yesterday (which feels sahara hot cos most of the time its shit), only thing I had in the fridge was 6 pack of 500ml lucozade, so I downed the lot over 4 hours just to stay cool/ish, then driving on motorway after, I started shivering, pouring with sweat, felt like I was nearly fainting.

Stopped off and got a foot long steak and cheese from subway, mineral water and I was ok again.

Those energy/sugar drinks are not good and flat out bad if over used.
