I used to play some games with my sister with me controlling keyboad and her taking the mouse (or vice versa, whatever). Was fun when we were around 12 years old.

Hm, might be fun as a drunken party game but other than that: no, just wouldn't work.
(Main reason being that movement & aim are inextricably linked, at least in Quake.)

yeah, but it doesnt work like that, everyone has his own pov and tox's crosshair movement doesnt effect the movement/ pov of his partner. his partner has actually no clue where tox is aiming but can move normally around

ofc, but the other way round model movement affects crosshair position. (every movement which isn't totally straight in the crosshair'S direction/back)

This idea would be boss in the right scenario.

The game would be a Gundam game. One person is controlling the mechs movement in a space type setting because that shit is hard to hover and attack at the same time.

So we have 1 nigga do flips, turns and dancing in air, while his fellow gundam co-pilot is manning the guns and shields and shit.

Now we're fucking talking.

Imagine like 1000000000 space enemies vs a team of guys doing this shit in an epic space battle.
