you can't really get a connection lower than 100 Mbps here. my ISP bumped me to 200 Mbps without even asking me or charging anything extra (8 euros/mo).

if you manage to find an ISP still offering 50 Mbps (usually in the countryside) it will cost more, because it's some weird non-fiber solution (cable/satellite?)

For a 43 square meters studio-style appartment, the payments are as follows:
Heat: water+heating system(pipes)
winter period: ~ 45 euro/month
summer period: no heat, all the expenses on water, gas, and building maintainance: ~ 35 euro/month
Take notice that for the winter months you add heat + other expenses so 45 + 35 = 80 euro.

Electricity: ~ 20 euro/month but I don' have a TV, tho my gf uses the waching machine 4-5 times a week.

I live in down town Bucharest, for other areas not so close to the center the prices go a little down.

I pay 200 euro cuz I wanted an appartment with no furniture or appliances, but these one are harder to find.
