The second week of
The Swedish Championship of Quake Live is over, and the results from all the round 2 matches are in. Brackets and results are listed below.
As with the last week, all of the round 3 matches will be streamed from tuesday to thursday, by
Zoot. There will be a total of 7 matches, with 4 of them being played on wednesday. All matches will be streamed between 12:00 CDT and 16:00 CDT on the
ZootLive Twitch channel.
Tuesday:
* Fazz vs. Deadlift
* Tox vs. Slafz
(The stream starts at 13:00 CDT)
Wednesday:
* Madix vs. Funnyb
* Spartie vs. UaLaskij
* Rox vs. Spazb0rg
* Purri vs. Zorre
(The stream starts at 12:00 CDT)
Thursday:
* Stickan vs. Poomer
(The stream probably starts around 15:00 CDT)
Unfortunately one of the big players have dropped out during the weekend. I know that many viewers really wanted to see how well 
Z4muZ could do against players like Tox, Fazz and Spart1e, but during the weekend he managed to run into a wall, resulting in a broken tumb and a few stitches in his face. This means that he wont be playing his round 3-match, and that JewRo will win on walk over and qualify to the final day.
On saturday, its time of the final day of the Swedish Championship of Quake Live. This means that 8 players will be competing for the title "The best Quake Live player in Sweden", 500 euro in cash, and a specially designed first place trophy, made by a well knowned Swedish blacksmith artist with a sweetspot for gaming.
The complete schedule for the final day can be found on quakesm.se. As we have announced before, the final day offers the opportunity to come and play at the Stockholm Esport Arena, as well as to visit the event as audience. After the grand final, there will also be a party at an nearby pub.
Our main sponsor Zowie has decided to let us organize a lottery where the players, the stream viewers and the audience at Stockholm Esport Arena will have the opportunity to win some of their products.
