I felt the editing was a bit haphazard at places. Reminded me of ZeroQL in that, in my opinion, he very often sticks effects in just because he can, in stead of going with whatever choice adds most to the scene and overall flow. Definitely how I edited videos in my first two years of college, making them as flashy as I could get them to be.

Loved the idea of the dolly zoom, but I feel it was grossly missplaced. I feel it would have worked much better in reverse direction (zooming out) on an approaching rocket, or in standard direction (zooming in) on a departing rocket. Experiment with pacing and composition, it'll be very worth it.

The black flashing threw me off I have to admit, not a fan.

The depth of field effect was a nice touch, but I feel it needed more polish; of course that takes practice, so definitely keep experimenting with different blends and models of blur. My advice would be to use masks, with the most blur and highest opacity in the far distance, slightly lower blur and much less opacity mid distance, and just enough blur to fuzz the edges on near distance. Gaussian blur works best, but if your software does not have it, use best approximation or simply make your own!

The diffuse model texture look I did not like when combined with the bloom. Say, Fragged by Evil has a certain aesthetic to it because of the lighting model. In my opinion the bloom takes away from it. Reminds me of, in photoshop, duplicating a layer, gaussian blurring it by 3px+ and setting blending mode to Darken.

Some of the frags and plays were really nice, but a bit of breathing space could have helped, made it less hectic.

Overall, a very solid effort, just needs to be toned down and not be so over the top, in my opinion. 7/10
