That patched win32k.sys is for Windows XP x64 only (and I don't have a copy, sorry).

If you have Windows 7 x64, then you might try wcafix, which works a little differently, but was also by anir (the same guy) (and updated by user Sufok[MpC] and re-posted by user Corrupt^). See here:

Read the "README.txt" file in the RAR, you will need to use Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider or testsigning to get wcafix to work on Windows 7.

But honestly, if you have your Control Panel Pointer speed slider set to 6/11, there is NO difference between anir's fixes and a proper registry fix : Cheese for XP/Vista or my MarkC for Windows 7.
