This will be an abject failure. People might want an interface for gaming that clips on to a tablet but they sure as hell don't want a fugly 'gaming tablet'. Wouldn't you rather prop up the tablet on something and use a wireless gamepad in any case?

I bought a tablet last year and I never used it for gaming in any way. The only thing I did was messing around with some emulators and stuff like that. Playing with a gamepad also seems useless, I mean in what situation do you want to use it?

Right now there is only a casual market for gaming on a tablet. But I still think there is some potential. Actually I would buy maybe a tile-based rpg or some round-based strategy games if their controls are made for a touchpad. But as far as i know there are no such games yet ;)

How does it make any difference playing it on a tablet or mobile connected to a TV compared to a console? A console can't emulate other games as well.

It's somewhat disturbing how ineffective this is.

People that aren't familiar with PC gaming that might try this out will never want to touch anything PC related after this. On the other hand, people that already own a PC must likely won't be degenerate enough to buy this.


I'm not even sure who's supposed to be a target audience. People who buy their mice and are so horny to see the razer logo on pretty much anything, even if it's useless.

this actually looks pretty fucking amazing :D - I seem to be running out of free time and space to put my pc.. having something like this would be great for oldies :(

This objectively is the future of gaming, PC gaming, and computing. Devices like this will enable millions of new gamers to immerssly interact with the 3D world. Next stop beyond handles on ipad are True 3D(c) glasses and exoskeleton gloves for true 3D touch feedback, so you can really sense that AK47 or a CS knife kill, as you do it.

I want this for augmented reality.
