Looking at buying another car fairly soon. We currently own a 2.0 Golf TDI and a 1.8 petrol Focus, which I like a lot, but they're getting a little old and have seen better days. Ideally I'm looking for something below 10k GBP, I could potentially stretch to 12. It needs to be manual, and preferably a diesel - and something that tends to hold its value fairly well. Open to all suggestions, hatchback or saloon - not fussed.
