The IEM5 World Championship Finals are taking place at the CeBIT 2011 in Hanover from the 1st to the 5th of March 2011.

The competition will use 2 Groups of 6 players (bo3) where top2/3 players will advance to Quarter Finals, and top1 players to Semi Finals. The playoffs will use a Single Elimination Bracket (bo5).

The map pool consists of Aerowalk, Blood Run, Dismemberment, Furious Heights, Hektik, Lost World and Vertical Vengeance.
