The ESL is now taking sign ups for our next Quake Live 2v2 TDM competition. This competition is set for Saturday, Feb. 5th 19:00 CDT. Grab a partner & sign up.

Here are a list of simple rules so each player is aware of the rules before playing

- Pings MUST be with in a 30ms average between teams.

This is an interesting rule that no league used before. Does that apply even if the teams agree on different server where one team has the ping advantage?

Now this map pool looks a bit more like it. I'm curious to find out how will battleforged and devilish turn out as 2v2 maps, and I really look forward to the tourney. I enjoyed last years 2v2 cup (covered by qltv, dunno who was the organizer though), there were some really nice teams like DFM, CoK, Q2, +, etc. Hope it works out!

I must be an idiot. The ESL site is confusing me like none other. I create a team, but then where's the link to join the competition? Also, it keeps saying that I need to enter my quakelive gamertag which I've done about 15 times now.

pl4gue i had the same bs, you create a team, then click the join link which i couldn't find either but i found it on esr.

then there was a few problems, 1 my teammate wasnt on the team yet, then when he did sign up he had to have this 'quakelive account' added also ;<

from what i can see no one has signed up is there a glitch in the sign up process cause when i look under teams there are none!
