I started by reducing my strength to 1, so my carry weight was much less. Even still, keeping up with hunger/thirst/sleep is way too easy. Food/drink shouldn't restore health, and you should get sick if you eat/drink too much. Also, why are there no cues/info on how hungry/thirsty/tired you are? You are either completely fine, or you get a "YOU ARE NOW SUFFERING FROM DEHYDRATION SICKNESS" message. At least FWE had little ways of telling you, like a rumbling stomach, and a small message now and then.

Even at 1 strength, holding all the food/water/materials/ammo/items I needed was no problem, and you can still carry enough to ensure that you have more caps than you know what to do with.

Thinking it would be like FO3, I picked sneak/guns/science as my main tag skills, but it seems like there are almost no computers. The only other benefit of science is reloading energy ammo, but I don't use energy weapons. Even at the start of the game, my weapons seemed quite accurate, so I'm not sure what the "guns" skill really does. I don't use VATS at all, so maybe it only impacts your accuracy in vats. Even sneak felt somewhat less useful, due to where most of the combat happened.. It seems that they did a better job at blurring the line of usefulness in the skills, and I might restart to try repair/speech/lockpick.

I'm not really sure about the story yet, as I can't tell if I'm doing the main story, or just following a bunch of unrelated side-quests. They're fun, but I can't really tell what direction I'm going. It's also hard to tell who I want to piss off/kill/steal from/help/etc.. They've made it very difficult to label anyone as simply good or bad, and the consequences of any action to someone will spill over into how all the other factions will feel about you. In that respect, it's worked so much better than the "karma" system.
