Friday bestest day of the week.
Make monday rageday, imo.

Friday past 4:30pm is best part. Friday morning however unites all the little :@'s collected during the week and incites more rage then a heavy-duty stuck-in-traffic bus without air conditioning in hot 40degree weather and full of poles who are late for the same airplane which will take them to rocket area on dm6 . And if they are late, they will lose the match. To an Isreali team with bad 100+ ping.

Monday you just had weekend so things are easy to handle cos mind is fresh and relaxed if a little hangover. so you are chilled out despite the weekend being so far away. Cos u just had one

I only have to be at work until 1 pm on fridays , so that's a big plus. Also on fridays, I can usually wrap up lots of stuff from the week. Customers unsually wait with insane last-minute requests demands until monday.

At my age hangovers become more and more of a nuisance, they last much longer than they used to. Sad but true. :(

So for me friday >>> monday.

dude if i had a half day on FRI ikt would be my fave too.

Also i changed sectors and instead of document control, i am in recruitment, fridays are most hectic cos people get paid weekly, accounts need reminding, and cos you will have 2 days where u wont be in, need to do more shit in order to lighten the workload. :( and minor setbacks feel larger in fri than moncos of that.

Had to start out in document control, too. Because the system for the project was a mess and also because unfortunately document control is the best way to get started on a project. Cause it involves checking all documents for mistakes of any kind.

I'm quite happy that that phase is over now :)

i tend to enjoy analytical work, even if it is repetitive as it is mostly clear and progress can be easily monitored and you are able to have a clear scope of both project completion as well as individual packages themselves. Any mistakes can easily be fixed and being attentive to details is a plus.

Being a recruitment consultant and dealing with people tends to give this sort of randomness which can be emotionally draining. You just sorta end up turning into a combo of a corporate stockbroker drone and an evil troll, with the stronger part of each section missing. Cos there's no £3000 watch on myhand and neither is my suit tailored, and at the same time you can't call people cunts to their face. Has all the negative parts of both though (alcohlism, high stress environment, rage).

analytical work can be good, but it can become a bit frustrating when people are involved. ;)

I'm not complaining, though. I like my job.
But I'm rather the one who makes the decisions that can cause mistakes than being the one who has to clean up after others.

The only bad thing about monday is sundayevening when you realise you have to go to work tomorrow :)

been ironing out a lot of stuff meself, but have to get back to pressing urbent aNk matters since it's like state of emergency.
