I thought it would be quite nice with a thread where people might suggest features they would like ESR to have. Or improve existing ones of course.

I'll start with one thing I've wanted for some time now. In big threads, like 4-500 comments, it's nice to have the "go to first unread comment"-button. But I would like something which follows me as I go through the thread and directs me to the next unread comment after that also. Sometimes there are like a hundred comments between and it becomes a hassle to find the next one by scrolling. Especially here at work where I'm working on a laptop which has like a 2x2 pixel resolution.
