Personally, I only use lg, except when use rl a little more or pick up the rail to play rg only.

Other than that I try to focus on control only while aim only really helps me win.

Honestly, as much as I like CZM as a player and as a person, I just don't think he can pull top 3.

All the players I listed were active in WSVG for 06 and 07, and anything in between, ESWC, and so on.

They have two years on the older players, two years of learning new maps, new tactics, and so on.

Although, Quake 4 is indeed different, those players still have experience in Quake 3.

I think I rather put money on a player active from 03-08, then a player active from 03-06, regardless of games played.

Sure, no one on that list beat CZM in Quake 3, but that was CZM in his prime, his best conditions, practicing consistently. He's had close to a two year break, which compared to players keeping active in Quake 1v1, means a LOT.

well dropping other person's best maps is lame. So we are basically watching everyone play on their not favorite map and seeing mediocre play from everyone. Because they are playing on maps they don't favor. I want to see people play on maps they like the most!

I didn't say one map selection system is better than the other, I just stated that the rules on the web page say it's pick first, while fjorgyn says Yezabel stated that they are using discard first.
