first person is 1x nitro 1x viridian 2x deck 2x liandri 1x contact, however only the nitro (first kill, right after "subz`" shows up) is a full frag, rest i cut down before it hits on purpose ;)

subz, maybe you should try to get a different attitude towards ESR. If you state in your interviews that ESR sucks, then don't post stuff here. If your shit would have been great, it would have been rated greatly. No offence but movies like xsu, disposable heroes, powah 2, and also even my dsiL have very nice ratings here, so don't blame the game. In fact, if there is any Q3 movie biased site, it's own-age.com, and not esr. own-age.com just doesnt give any attention to UT, doesn't mean its more appreciated. Many (non-ut) people around here like the oldskool UT.
Also keep in mind that trailers aint very appreciated here in my experience.

Saying that movies as xsugold and powah2 dont have "such greatness" while they won golden llamas, is either stupid or arrogant, I mean, if your movies were so much greater, you would have won some (And there are 2 UT lovers out of 5 ppl in the llama judgepanel). Q3 lovers search for q3 frag vids, and UT lovers for ut vids. Here you post a vid just in front of whatever audience watches the site in the quest for movies. Btw, if you dont believe me that own-age.com is more q3 biased, look at the amount of frontpage notifications of UT movies, and compare that to q3movie notifications, also compare the number of downloads of UT movies on this site, and on own-age.com, and then again of Q3 downloads there, and then on this site.
Anyway, nice trailer, only the font is like shaking or smth, thats a bit disturbing. Looking out for the full movie tho :)

I agree that the ratings are a joke. If you know smt about gaming movies then you don't give marks like this. Maybe it's a sign that this isn't the right place for ut99 players anymore (but u could say that this allready happend a long time ago).

Ratings shouldn't be influenced by the game which has been played ( obvious here that this is the case ). Considering this is a trailer for a gaming movie, the rating should be 100% based on the editing, content, and whether it gives off a movie trailer feel. No movie deserves the flak it gets because it's UT99. People should really grow up, and understand people take time in making these products for you to view. If you haven't got anything constructive to say then get a life.

Lauwef, you seem to be getting abit arrogant yourself. Just reading your posts make me annoyed that your from the UT scene. Old movies are from the past where there was different expectations. Subz is competing against modern day UT movies from the likes of Wiza, Azazel and now Crystal-Creators. We've already seen the lack of originality from CC but Wiza and Azazel both upped the Movie making level in the UT scene by quite a distance. Give the boy credit for making movies worth watching ( Not like yoyo ).

If you think a site sucks, then either don't post movies, or stop whining, it will only get you negative feedback. I do admit that if some "ESR outsider" posts his ut99movietrailer here, it will get too low points, before it has even been watched, let alone appreciated.

This movie is the ownage. Ofcourse people have respect for the older movies, I still like them but now, it's all about how the movie is represented and how it is portrayed to the viewer. Because the programs people use are getting much more advanced, it gives them the ability to do much more with editing. Thats why with an old game UT99, editing is crucial to keep the viewer entertained. I feel subz is up there with the best ut99 movie makers. I've always liked his movies, from when he released Keep the pace up, he had his own style of movie making and music choice is which well shown and documented in all his movies. I really can't wait for this movie to come out. Own-age is a nice site to go on, it is a big movie making community and I feel they aren't biased about what game you play at all. They only look for the feel of the movie and also the editing, thats what a movie making community is about. Here, it seems you judge the movie on the game rather than the editing.

Good work subz, keep it up man.
