Thanks but you should update, k1llsen is now on Logitech g303. He also said it has very low liftoff distance so I consider this one too now :)

tox said he tried a few mice, but is sticking with his 1.1 until after quakecon, after which he wants to try out some logitech mice (didn't mention which ones)

linkin switched back to his kinzuadder, and he's using an artisan hien red as a mousepad since i see some players have their pad listed too.

salmosa ? wasn't it av3k that used a salmosa ? Cypher never played with one i think, but he did use the old abyssus for quite some time during his quake career.

Will the Quakecon tourny pc's be using Windows 8 or higher? If so, WMO's are useless since you can't get them above 125hz. Anyone using a WMO and doesn't use 125hz should consider a new mouse

Good point. WMO at 500hz is pretty much the best mouse ever, not so at 125hz. It's funny how the newest a OS gets the shittier it gets for stuff like this. Im just getting a fatal1ty mobo once I update so I can rock 500hz forever in any OS. Modern OSes will never make me abandon my precious WMO (and got like 5 of them waiting in case the one im using dies). I doubt i'll be attending any LANs so whatever. If anyone ever releases a WMO replacement without annoying side buttons i'll be all in.

get a DA or any 3310, plug it in for 1 minute, if you cant tell how shit WMO is then you should stop gaming

rapha in an interview recently said he has no idea if his WMO will work or not.

pro players overlook things like visas and applying to tournaments on time, so mice should be no different. I'm sure most pros have no idea you can't OC the WMO on Win8.

well if you referring to CSGO and Fside/Navi issues they are from Ukraine and its probably more so to do with the org then the player.

Obviously Quake is a bit lower level but still, Quake is the spokesmen for WMO love all around the world, i dont think that Qcon has forgotten this since last year!

dem0n's keyboard is a CM Storm TK Quickfire Red.

fazz is using the Abyssus v1, an "ADX lava ULTIMATE GAMER" mousepad, and his keyboard is the CM Storm TK Blue.

l1nkin is using a g100s with an Artisan Hien Red, and a Steelseries 6Gv2 keyboard.

noctis is using a g100s.

toxjq is using a steelseries i-2 icemat.

zsx is using a mionix avior with an Artisan Hien Red.



I'm also pretty sure (not 100% tho) everyone in NiP bar Xizt (Ikari optical) + f0rest (ec2 non-a) are using the steelseries rival, right?

Rapha wasn't using the qck sk edition at qcon -- it was a black pad (which was probably a qck heavy considering sponsorship).
