It would be sensible to automatically /abort the game if this happens in duel imo, suggesting it to sync/sponge.

while you and the dynamic duo are at it, not only putting the opponent into spec, but also kicking him results into a loss/quit for him and a win for the server owner.
to stop retards abusing those 2 commands, those games should be removed from the stats like aborted ones.

but the problem remains, that in team games those 2 commands aswell count as loss/quit for the spec-forced/kicked guy.
