no you need to have a seperate installation of q4max (like in /quake4/q4maxCPL) that has only the CPL files in order to watch the CPL demos.

before watching the demos - nothing more, no need 2 q4max versions or something like that.

lost fleet is a standard map. you don�t have to download it.

get newest q4max, create folder "demos" in q4max folder. demos belong there
then start q4max and playnetdemo xxxxx

cha0ticz' rail sucks. he's got good rocket aim. tactics in this demo are poor, and both players would have gotten owned pretty badly vs socrates or similar. :?

I couldn't agree more with that Jamerio. On so many occasions in quake4 I could of won by huge margins or lost by only a single frag but in nearly every instance I've felt no motivation to continue playing. The game just saps all your flare when you play.
