Khroney, wants to remove me from exsistance. He wants to inflict lots and lots of pain upon me and he believes I should suffer.

He is the type to report me to ops.

I use Netlimiter when using DC++

Netlimiter allows you to cut off BW for certain programs, DC++ is just a p2p app.

Net limiter is actually very good, specially with the crack :)
Means if your brother is DL a movie, you can allocate him a DL allowance, so you can still play online without getting huge lag spikes.

I.E. you have 3 meg connection, DL rate is approx, 300k/s, give X 50k and you still have 250k/s to yourself.
Though routers and ISP should provide such a utility for free and make it more mainstream, but they never will cuz it will discourange people buying additonal connections or increasing the one they have.
