The dm6 tour was a great idea! I would have thought it was better if i hadnt watched this :)

But though, its not the same. I cant see really kickass frags in that trailer, only some neat rocketshots :)

Fight 4 The Flag by murah :D Annihilation is good, but IMO F4TF is even more insane :D

Tricking iT 2 by jrb is is probably the best looking and best edited Q3 movie out there.

The Badge 2.0 and 3.0 by Jannis Klöffel are also must-see movies =)

Two Norwegians and none mention Smooth Frags by CLX?! Blasphemy IMHO, TBH, AFAIK.

His movies are great frag movies, but IMO not among the best Q3 movies ;)

For you it might be, but not always for me. It needs to have good image quality, good config, good editing, good synching etc.. Basically a well made movie either it's a pure fragmovie or a more artistic movie like Tricking iT 2 or The Badge 2.0 and 3.0.

even though trickmovies doesnt get my attention at all, whatsoever. Tricking iT 2 was insane and made of pure professionality!!!! :D

for me personally, it's 95% content (obviously image quality within reason ;)). i just like to see a show of skill, the best moments from a handful/select player(s) -- freestyling, love watching it in first person pov, rather than the fancy camera angles as i've tricked myself and like it purely for the speed you can achieve in the game and so on, if that makes sense.

frags, f4tf is pretty awesome, it's got a real sense of the creator behind it which is good, auteuristic even! i also love fragged by gopher, just because of the pure display of skill, and if you've seen him play at all, there's far more than in just that little movie as it's all frags vs one particular clan, QPO.

but like CPLains said: if you want editting go see a movie. that's a large part of why -personally- editting/eyecandy isn't a huge thing for me. although really creative editting and ideas are always very awesome to watch.

I love fragmovies also, but the ones I love the most are the ones with fantastic editing.

You should also see CLX' movies which show some insane skill IMO! Just as good as gophers movie and even better at times ;)

Great movie, enjoyable watch. Though the quality could of been tons better by using the now 'standards' like recroding in higher resolution, resizing, and using FSAA etc.. I am sure many parts of the movie missed these simple things.

The pro-q3dm6 run was brilliant, someone should really write a tutorial on how to do this must say very well done looks cool. :)
